Construction has begun on our luxury penthouse apartment scheme in Swanage. UX Architects redesigned the internal layout to frame the stunning views across Swanage Bay.
CONTEMPORARY EXTENSION IN SSSI | SWANAGE
UX Architects worked closely with heritage officers and Natural England to deliver a contemporary angular kitchen extension and renovation to an existing Victorian property within the Purbeck Ridge SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest).
STRATEGIC INTERVENTION | THERMO SHELTER
The Thermo Shelter Project was undertaken by UX Architects as an exploratory project to provide emergency, thermally efficient, lightweight portable shelters to some of the most vulnerable people.
THE BARN | CONSTRUCTION
UX Architects are excited to announce The Barn at Harman's Cross is beginning its construction phases. The Barn is situated within the A.O.N.B and is retaining it's existing agricultural metal facade, whilst building the new internal walls in timber.
LEIGH LANE | GREEN BELT DWELLING
UX Architects worked closely with Ken Parke Planning to apply for a replacement dwelling within the Green Belt. The site consisted of an existing agricultural barn that we gained planning permission to convert to residential with a 30% enlargement.
VICTORIAN EXTENSION | COMPLETION
Construction is underway for a small modern extension to a Victorian terrace dwelling in Poole, Dorset. Given the small size of the extension, we utilised key architectural-tectonics to maximise light and openness to the property.
POTTER'S WAY | CONSTRUCTION
UX Architects were commissioned to reinvent an existing two-bedroom 1960’s detached dwelling in Lilliput near Sandbanks, Dorset into a functional but contemporary family home.
