UX Architects worked closely with Ken Parke Planning to apply for a replacement dwelling within the Green Belt. The site consisted of an existing agricultural barn that we gained planning permission to convert to residential with a 30% enlargement. Once established in principle, a three- bedroom detached replacement dwelling within the Green Belt was secured. The building was designed to be sympathetic to both its surrounding environment and neighbours, by reducing overlooking both into the site and upon neighbours.
